Hi there and welcome to the cattle’s Croll

We are a husband and wife team (David & Karen Allen) originally from Horton, Kansas , a small town just south of northeastern Nebraska . We moved in 2017 to make the great state of our home, in Jefferson City, Missouri , and live out our dream of creating a diversified ranch.

We specialize in Scottish Highland Cattle, Dutch Bantam Chickens, Peacocks, African Guinea Fowl, Quail , Texel sheep and diary Goats .

Our ranch is located just east of Jefferson City, Missouri, along the Missouri River. Our cattle, goats, and sheep all have access to fresh, natural water from the river, helping them stay healthy and thrive. The area offers excellent grazing and pasture land, providing the perfect environment for raising strong, high-quality livestock. A hundred-year-old oxbow from the River Sheaf meanders through the property, providing a wildlife sanctuary to many ducks, geese, pheasants, and deer. The highland cattle roam over green grasses with beautiful views and wide-open spaces!
